It is not that they chose to be like this but such people face difficulty in putting on quality weight. We have specific exercise & diet routines for this section of men & women and with patience & hard work it is absolutely possible to achieve a visibly healthy & strong body.
In the second program we have exercise and diet solutions for men who have a decent or not so decent frame but are interested in putting on some quality muscle mass for aesthetics / personal interest / modeling etc.
